Hotel Operations Manager (temp to perm)

We have recently completed an impressive refurbishment and you would be joining us at an exciting time, with many new business opportunities opening up and the scope for all of the venue team to play their part.
You will be responsible for the overall Eastwood Park (EWP) hotel services (Food and Beverage, Housekeeping and Reception) development and enhancement including the profitability, delivery, quality assurance, administration and accreditation, if appropriate, of the services offered. You will have a proven record of success in a management position within hotel operations and previous experience of motivating, managing and developing a team.
You will have a passion and love for food and thrive on delivering the most outstanding customer service. In addition, we are looking for someone who:
- Is friendly and confident with a positive can-do attitude and a strong focus on team work and guest experience, leading and motivating your team to deliver exceptional standards.
- Has good financial awareness and experience in managing costs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Has an open and effective approach to communication.
- Is highly organised and with the greatest attention to detail.
You will hold a Food Hygiene qualification and ideally have health and safety experience and a personal licence.
This role would be 45 hours per week, covering 5 out of 7 days including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
We are looking to appoint for a 6 month period initially with the potential for the role to be made permanent.
