Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

We have recently completed an impressive refurbishment and you would be joining us at an exciting time, with many new business opportunities opening up and the scope for all of the venue team to play their part.
Working as part of the Venue team, you will assist the F&B Manager with the day to day management and running of the F&B operation, achieving and maintaining a high standard of service and efficiency. You will organise and manage events such as weddings and conferences in conjunction with the Sales team and carry out Duty Manager shifts as required.
You will have a passion and love for food and thrive on delivering the most outstanding customer service. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:
- A degree or equivalent in food and beverage management and/or hotel management.
- Previous experience working in a high quality restaurant/establishment at a similar level.
- Experience of managing people and motivating a team.
- Effective communication skills dealing with both internal and external contacts.
You will hold a Food Hygiene qualification and ideally have health and safety experience.
This role would be 45 hours per week, covering 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
