Real wedding: Lottie and Mike

Date of wedding: 11 October 2019

Their relationship story: Lottie and Mike were childhood sweethearts and met in school through a mutual friend. They now have two sons together, Ethan and Archie.

Their engagement story: Mike got down on one knee during their first holiday together on the sunny island of Kos. It was a romantic proposal with just the two of them on the beach and was completely unexpected.

The big day preparations: Lottie said ‘yes to the dress’ at Wed2Be and complimented her dress with accessories purchased from Debenhams. On the morning of the wedding, hair and makeup was created by Go Gorgeous and Arianne Makeup. The suits were bought from Tux and Tails and were paired with some jazzy bowties, a lovely burst of colour on top of the grey!

Why Eastwood Park? Having both attended weddings at Eastwood Park in the past, they both knew that it was at the top of their list! It was the autumn foliage on the house that won it for them, which complimented their desired wedding date perfectly. Their big day fell on their 15th anniversary, making it an extra special occasion!

Wedding overview: Both Lottie and Mike agree that their big day went flawlessly and looked beautiful with the décor and flowers that were supplied by Kreative Celebrations. They had the best day and Celebration Roadshow (the DJ included with our wedding packages) kept the guests on the dancefloor all night! Their Disney cake was supplied by Cakes from the Soul, and the evening was complimented with a stack of cheeses that were elegantly presented, perfect for those with less of a sweet tooth!

Top wedding tip: Invite people you want there, don’t listen to other people’s requests!
