Why Eastwood Park's wedding fayre was not one to be missed
Eastwood Park's doors were thrown open at our annual wedding fayre last weekend, with wedding inspiration around every corner!
The heavy mist enveloping Eastwood Park made for some fantastic photographs across the valley first thing; however, luckily, the sun soon broke through and shone for the whole fayre.
This year was the first time we have opened the Eastwood terrace room since the recent refurbishment, and we were ecstatic to show this to you all. Clearly, we weren't the only ones to be excited, as when it came to doors opening at 11am, there was a quite a queue to get in!
As well as being able to chat to our in-house wedding team, over 30 local wedding suppliers attended the event, with everything from magicians, florists and wedding cars to cake makers, make-up artists and photographers. Along with the chance to meet with a whole host of wedding industry experts, there were also a number of special offers available for bookings made on the day - just one of the many advantages of attending our wedding fayre!
Bridge Strings filled the our Eastwood drawing room with melodic music including classics such as ‘Tale As Old as Time’ from Beauty and the Beast as well as more recent songs like ‘Perfect’ by Ed Sheeran and many more. In the Garden Suite, Lucy Harvey provided some amazing saxophone & clarinet covers while Adam Richards Magic wowed adults and kids alike with his impressive tricks.
Kreative Celebrations worked their magic on Eastwood Park, with full wedding decor in three different styles, including gorgeous flower hoops, giving a real feel for how beautiful the venue can look on your wedding day. Suzanne Flowers provided stunning centre pieces for our Terrace Room, which was opened for the first time since refurbishment work. Our new neutral colours appealed to our brides and provided an excellent show case for the flowers.
