Established training business, Eastwood Park, adopts
new look | Jun 08

Training and Conference Centre, Eastwood Park - based in Falfield,
Gloucestershire and renowned for its specialised technical training in
both the healthcare and commercial FM sectors - will be launching its
new identity in June.
Reflecting the continued growth across the three main sectors of the
organisation: training, conferences and weddings, each business will
have a new look in its own right that will be more appropriate to the
market within which it operates and indicative of the separate business
centre structures.
Eastwood
Park Training retains an outstanding reputation both in the UK and
worldwide for the high standard of its training, particularly in the
demanding healthcare sector, where requirements are rigid and
legislation and guidelines constantly evolving. After a management
buyout in 2003 led by John Thatcher, Eastwood Park’s CEO and Director
of Training, the potential to make the most of the 200-acre estate was
recognised. This developed into establishing Eastwood Park as a regular
conferencing venue, as well as corporate events and various social
functions.
Commenting John Thatcher said: “It is
important for us to retain our competitive edge in differing markets
and for our customers to see how we are evolving. We are delighted to
have developed a strong new identity that is bright, fresh and
contemporary and more in line with the direction the business is
taking.”
“The new look is more than just a surface change, it reflects the moves
we have been taking to strengthen each sector of our business including
our training team. We have been bringing in more experienced
specialists who can closely relate to the markets within which we are
operating. This will continue over the coming months.”
Eastwood Park boasts some of the most comprehensive training facilities
on any one site in the UK with much more than just the usual lecture
rooms and break out facilities. For technical training it has a network
of laboratories and workshops fully equipped to be able to deliver
hands on practical training, whether for decontamination and medical
gas equipment training, as well as lift maintenance, water safety and
much more.
Visit Eastwood Park’s new website (to be launched 2 June) to see the
breadth of the business but also the increased focus on Training and
the 35 new training courses that have been running this year. Concluded
John Thatcher “The course calendar will be revised and updated again
shortly, to ensure continual delivery of the latest information,
technologies and skills in our training courses.
