approaching 40 years.  He began as a Service Engineer, moving on to
become a regional Sterilizer Engineer and then joining the British
Sterilizer Company as Service Director. Terry has been an Authorised
Person (Sterilizers) since the role was created in 1994.

is a specialist in decontamination for pharmaceutical and hospital
based staff, with over 30 years as a trainer.  His experience as an
engineer encompassed industrial aerospace vacuum autoclaves
maintenance and thermocouple testing.

Mark Fordham

is a training consultant at Eastwood Park's dedicated decontamination centre, bringing with him 24 years of engineering experience within the defence sector. The past eight years have been devoted to providing equipment support to the Defence Medical Services in the most demanding of environments.  Mark has a broad knowledge of procurement, equipment support, system safety and engineering management skills derived from an accomplished technical background.  Mark is always actively seeking to bring in new technology, striving to ensure Eastwood Park maintains the lead in the delivery of decontamination training.

Paul Beech

has considerable experience in fire safety covering a long career in
the fire service.  His own fire safety consultancy supports a number
of NHS Trusts in the capacity as Fire Safety Advisor.  With detailed
knowledge of the codes of practice (HTMs), Paul is able to use his
practical experience to support the provision of effective fire
precautions in healthcare premises.

Peter Handforth

trained as an electrician within the NHS, with considerable experience
as a design engineer and a passion for quality teaching. Peter is a
tutor with the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation
Contracting (NICEIC) and has been involved with writing publications
and teaching material for the 17th Edition Wiring Regulations. Peter is
an Authorising Engineer for several large hospitals and runs his own
consultancy specialising in healthcare installations.
