LiftsELAM - Advanced lift maintenance & servicing (HTM08-02) LOLER & SAFed Duration 9 days Prerequisite to attending the course Delegates will need to have attended our ELLM - Lift machinery safety and servicing course and/or have been working as an apprentice or with a qualified engineer for at least 12 months. Accreditation The course is accredited by BTEC. The practical elements of this course have been approved by City and Guilds as Realistic Work Environments for NVQ candidates to complete the first of 3 mandatory assessments on the NVQ level 3 in Engineering Maintenance (Lift servicing) and Level 3 in Engineering Maintenance (Lift repair). Candidates will benefit from learning appropriate to their NVQ portfolio building at this level Who will benefit? Engineers who have already attended our Lift machinery safety and servicing course (ELLM) and/or who have been working as an apprentice or with a qualified engineer for at least 12 months. Aim To give delegates a deeper understanding of lift maintenance and their electrical and mechanical safety features, building on learning from the introduction to lift machinery safety and maintenance course.
