Welcome to the first Training Directory of scheduled Hospital Support Services courses offered by Eastwood Park, Training Academy, Malaysia. This Directory outlines the 'open' courses that you can attend by simply booking on to the course along with anyone else who is interested in attending it.

After nearly 40 years of delivering Hospital Support Services courses in the UK, to clients from the NHS, Private Hospitals, manufacturers and suppliers, Eastwood Park is pleased to offer a similar range of courses throughout the peninsular Malaysia. This Directory contains over 80 courses, to be delivered over the next nine months. All of the courses are related to the Healthcare context in Malaysia and cover a number of the areas including Healthcare Facilities Management (Including Fire Safety and Health & Safety), Facilities Engineering Maintenance Services (Medical Gases, Sterilization/Disinfection, Electrical, Air-Conditioning and Water systems), Biomedical Equipment Maintenance Services, Linen & Laundry Services and Clinical Waste Management. Some of these courses are provided in conjunction with our technology partners to ensure we are using the best facilities and expertise available. Such partners include Malaysian Oxygen (MOX), Tenaga National (through ILSAS) and The Open University Malaysia (OUM).

A number of the courses are accredited by either City & Guilds of London Institute (CGLI) or EdExcel (BTEC) and many courses are recognised by a range of Professional Bodies to assist with membership applications and for continuous professional development (CPD) purposes.

Many of the courses outlined in this Directory can also be delivered at your hospital or on your site and the courses can also be modified to meet your organisations specific training needs. In addition the courses included, but not highlighted on the flowcharts could also be provided on an 'on-demand' basis. Please contact us to discuss your organisations particular requirements.
