Medical Gas Pipeline Systems - Authorised Persons Refresher Course | EMGR

Who will benefit?
 Those Authorised Persons who have previously attended Medical Gas Pipeline Systems courses for Authorised Persons, who now require updating on current guidance and best practice.

Aim
The course is designed to update the practicing Authorised Person’s knowledge of current guidance on medical gas pipeline systems.

Objectives
Delegates will acquire the skills and knowledge to:
  • Examine their MGPS in light of new guidance and list deficiencies/hazards
  • Operate a MGPS Permit to Work system using the current permit forms
  • Perform all engineering tests on a MGPS as required

Accreditation
The course is accredited by MOD.

What next?
Particular emphasis will be paid to the proper operation of the Permit to Work system, testing of Medical Gas Pipeline Systems and guidance on production of operational policy as required by HTM 02.
