Medical Gas Pipeline Systems - Quality Controllers| EMGP

Who will benefit?
Those who intend to become Quality Controllers in a medical gas Permit to Work system or any Pharmacist, Chemist, Engineer or Technician with a need for medical gas and vacuum systems knowledge.

Aim
To develop an understanding of the role of a Quality Controller and to enable the participant to undertake the duties of a Quality Controller.

Objectives
Delegates will acquire the skills and knowledge to:

Identify the components of a Medical Gas Pipeline System
Carry out safely the testing duties of a QC as described in HTM 02
Identify possible hazardous situations and take (or recommend) appropriate remedial action
State the role of the QC in the Permit to Work (MGPS)

Accreditation
The course is accredited by BTEC and MOD.
