If you and your partner are looking to host your wedding in 2014; we have specially selected packages subject to availability and on selected dates throughout 2014, offers excludes all Bank Holiday weekends.

We can offer the following special package based on 60 guests attending your Wedding Day or Commitment Ceremony and 60 guests attending the evening celebration.

• Your own wedding co-ordinator to help plan your  day and your own wedding host to run your day
• The drawing room or the study to host your civil ceremony
• 60 welcome drinks of Bucks Fizz, iced Pimms, sparkling wine or warmed mulled wine
• Canapés served to your guests during the drinks reception
• Three course sit down meal with coffee from the Ruby Menu
• 20 bottles of house wine with the meal
• Toast wine for the speeches
• Evening finger buffet (6 items allocation of £14.10 pp) or our hog roast
• Eastwood Park disco through to midnight
• 2 Bay tree floral decorations for the ceremony room and the top table fresh flower arrangement
• Special discounts on overnight accommodation
• Extra guests catered for and charged at the usual venue prices

 Midweek Wedding Package for 2013 & 2014

We have 2 ceremony rooms available, for the small intimate wedding the study will be the ideal location whether you prefer our comfortable relaxed lounge seating or a more formal seating arrangement and the drawing room can host a more formal layout.  Both rooms lead directly out on to the East Terrace with its stunning views over the Berkeley Vale. 

Following your drinks reception on the East Terrace your guests will be invited up to your barbecue or alternatively we can host your sit down wedding breakfast in the drawing room; an ideal location overlooking the picturesque gardens of the house and the Berkeley Vale this room creates the perfect atmosphere for that intimate wedding.

We can offer the following special package based on a bridal party of 20 guests or 40 guests attending your wedding day or commitment ceremony available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday throughout 2013 and 2014.

• Your own wedding co-ordinator to help plan your day and your own wedding host to run your day
• The study or drawing room to host your ceremony
• The drawing room to host your wedding breakfast
• Bucks Fizz welcome drinks reception  
• Canapés served to your guests during the drinks reception
• Three course sit down meal with coffee  OR our outdoor barbecue
• A glass of specially selected house red or white wine to accompany your meal
• Glass of sparkling wine for your speeches
• 2 Bay tree decorations for the ceremony room
• Fresh floral decoration for the top table in your choice of colours
• Ivory chair covers for the ceremony and wedding breakfast in your choice of colour sash
• Wedding cake – a 10 inch round or square 1 tier cake in your choice of colours with a spray of sugar roses with either a fruit/sponge filling
• Special discounts on overnight accommodation

Total cost based on a bridal party of 40 guests £2500.00

Numbers can be increased for the day reception - £45.50 per person
